Impro taster session @ ODD

ODD will be hosting a taster improvisation weekend for absolute beginners, conducted by one of ODD‘s coordinators David M Gibson.
Improvisation combines the science of chaos with the art of living!
It is not either/or nor yes/but, but both yes and yes/and.
The course is open to everybody, from absolute beginners to experts. And will benefit anybody with an interest in human behaviour, those who live in their heads and not in the moment.
With games, speaking in gibberish, spontaneity, role playing, saying “yes, and“, listening exercises, accepting failure, building confidence and not trying – just being.
Plus, the session will be conducted in English, benefiting all those interested in improving their language and communication skills.

David M Gibson (b. 1982, London) has a 2 years experience and training in specialist improvisation schools across London, including: Imprology, Sprout Ideas, Hoopla, The Comedy School and The Nursery Theatre.
He is a Visual Communication graduate from the Royal College of Art London and is a member of the London Society of Magicians since 2001.

Saturday, January 24th, 11.00 – 18.00
Sunday, January 25th, 11.00 – 18.00
Minimum attendance of 8, maximum of 12 participants per session.
BOOKING ESSENTIAL so as to not turn anybody away on the day.

Regular: 50 lei / day
