Bucharest…We have Ignition!!!

As the 8th of April is approaching, prepare your flight suits, cause we’re taking you on an incredible dance trip.

Long story short, we have an amazing line up for you guys, and it goes a little something like this :

Flight Facilities

Cosmonauts

Sean Johnston (Hardway Bros)

Logan

Flight Facilities
Flight Facilities the Australian based production duo combining the blissed out pop production of Quincy Jones, the dancefloor hedonism of Daft Punk and the intoxicating head rush of the best night of your life.
Mixing production prowess and talented guests, Flight Facilities have their eyes firmly set on holding a platform to collaborate with like minded musicians.
Flight Facilities capped off their breakout year with a well-deserved SMAC Award nod for “Best Song of 2010”, a Kitsune Maison Release, and a xx positioning in Australia’s biggest radio poll; Triple Js Hottest 100 2010. Touring twelve dates across Europe, two japan tours and numerous festival slots with highlights playing Falls Festival to a 5000 strong crowd, Harbourlife, Summerdayze, Parklife and Shore Thing!

They’ve also seen blessings via Aeroplane’s amalgamation of Friendly Fires and Flight Facilities featuring Giselle, a Moopjaw Directed music video featuring a transgender model and Karen O’s costume designer Christian Joy that won praise from celebrity blogger Perez Hilton.

Flight Facilities have just dropped a Paris Social Club 70’s mix-tape and a beautiful summer vibe remix of Cut Copy’s single Take me over.

The new Flight Facilities single is set for release in April with a selection of hand picked remixes from the worlds finest. Expect a similarly ridiculous reaction.

Cosmonauts
Firmly making their mark on the intergalactic disco scene, with an emphasis on Total Feeling, Cosmonauts music flips the boundary between tripped out balearic house and full-on italo disco.

Their Spacestation parties at Ministry Of Sound have become the place to play for the rising stars of nu disco persuasion. The Magician, Pete Herbert, Villa, Faze Action and The Revenge have all graced the Spacestation flight deck and with forthcoming appearances from Bottin and Diskjokke over the next two months, things seem to be going from strength to strength..

Sean Johnston (Hardway Bros)
Some of you guys know Sean from the party he rocked together with Logan, at Joyce’s, last summer 😉
Sean Johnston has been DJ’ing since his formative years in the frozen North.
Sean’s DJ’ing style described by FACT Magazine as “Future Disco” is hard to pin down to one convenient genre, taking in house, disco, re-edits, techno and frankly anything else that takes his fancy. Recent gigs at East Village with Andrew Weatherall, a stellar set at Disco Bloodbath and a super freaky down-tempo set on Tim Sweeney’s Beats In Space radio show helped him secure a founding residency at Cable.

Logan Fisher
What else can we say about Logan, except for the fact that we’ve been enjoying his sets in Bucharest for some years now and we hope to be doing so, for at least just as many to come ☺

This is a Joint event between 021 and friends from Color
