How to get there:

By Plane – The city of Burgas is 15 mins by car from Burgas airport. Wizz Air flies direct from London Luton and Monarch Airlines fly direct from Manchester. There are also many charter flights during the summer season. Airlines include British Airways, Austrian Airways, Malev, Bulgarian Air, XL Airways, First Choice, Thomas Cook, Burgas Airport also operates regular flights to Sofia every day, with up to 7 flights daily in both directions during the summer season

By Train – The railway station of Burgas has connections to all parts of the country and the express train to Sofia takes less than 6 1/2 hours. There are also trains from Prague, Bratislava, and Bucharest.


By Bus –
The city’s central bus station is located next to the railway station and buses to the country’s largest cities, including Sofia start from there. There are also bus services from from Greece, Italy, Germany and France and a lot of private carriers that offer transport to towns and resorts to the north and south of Burgas along the coast. There are also regular city transport – buses, trolley-buses and route taxis.

By Car – It is also easy to drive from close neighbouring countries;

Where to stay:
The city has many hotels and private lodgings, and as well as two big camping sites in its vicinity. While some hotels offer top-quality service at high prices, cheaper accommodation can be found in small private hotels in the suburbs. One can also use the services of real estate agencies and rent a flat or room in the city at moderate prices.

  1. De ce ti-ar pune o bratara la mana ca dupa aceea sa-ti spuna ca nu ai voie sa iesi afara si sa te intorci? De ce sa-ti mai puna bratara atunci?

    Nu am observat obiceiul bulgaresc de a da din cap “invers” decat face restul lumii pentru Da si Nu, dar asta ^^^ e mult mai interesant!
