Tom Wilson – Cubecast Live Mix 10.01.08

NEW MIX ALERT: I’ve basically stopped doing mixes, mostly because 1) you inevitably spend hours pointlessly agonizing over a tracklisting 2) everyone seems to do them with Ableton nowadays. Mixing them by hand, luddite that I am, takes up a full day of sweet, precious time that could be better spent reading books / actually making music / makin’ sweet lovin’. So I’ve kind of given up. However, the boys at cubecast.net were kind enough to record the set I did for them recently. For real vinyl authenticity, there’s a point in the mix where the needle jumps after someone bangs into the turntables. I’m, like, a-keepin it raw, yeah?
