ON IT Recordings‘ new release comes from the mighty Jey Kurmis of Hot Creations and Moon Harbour record labels. Based in Leeds, Jey has an individual sound that he has established through several EPs, with a distinct dark heavy bass line and edgy vocals. With the support and backing from some of the biggest names in the industry including Jamie Jones, Adam Beyer, Matthias Tanzmann, Green Velvet and many more, Jey has returned to the studio and with several EP’s already in the pipeline for 2018, this is set to be a defining time for his talent.
With “Es Est” Jey delivers an energetic bouncy tech sound drizzled with creatively cut up vocals. Adding fuel to this fiery package Mark Jenkyns delivers a sublime remix teased with dark throbs and airy arpeggios and Apollo 84 turns up the Technometer, delivering an intense, growling slammer for the late night floors.
